It is a good idea
I have a Pomeranium and she was never allowed to have a liter of puppies before she was spayed. I got her from my cousin which abused her by leaving her for 3-4 days a week...no food or water...very Bad!!
Now that I have had her all her shots have been updated, etc... her vet tells me that she needs to have surgery because her milk ducts are getting larger and seem to hurt her. I am just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this?

Awww, that sounds adorable. :) I do believe that she may be trying to speak to you. My Toy Poodle seems to try and speak to me at times too. He will often let out a sound when he wants my attention. Some times these sounds, literally sound like a cat meowing.

This is great as an animal lover I will enjoy seeing feedback, I'd love to hear funny stories about any critter.... I have an cat that adopted me and she likes to jump on a small rug and have me drag her round on  it she also meows each time you look at her, do you think she is talking to me ?one thing I dont like she is predatory ....
