Did your doctor give you any direction? How long ago did you have gastroscopy? You always want to rule our medical. As you know our bodies food through out the day. Eating 3 smaller meals and 2-3 snacks is easier on the system. Eating until you are "absolutely full" could be because you are so hungry/even starving yourself that emotionally and physiologically your body is screaming for food/fuel. If the medical is completely ruled out, see a nutritionist and therapist could help you eating more healthy, express your feelings and cope more effectively. This in turn could help you decrease the need to overeat and experience such abdominal pain. Best, Dr Patricia Pitts The Bella Vita Eating Disorder Programs Los Angeles, CA
