How exactly do you know if your anorexic ? Like how do you feel ? Everyone says Im far too skinny, im 13 years old and im 5ft and weigh 5 and a half stone, is that bad? I dont puke up meals or anything I cant do that its disgusting, but like I do struggle eatting them either I get bored of  what im eatting or get too full after not eatting even half of my meal. As for when Im at school, sometimes I skip lunch or have an ice pole (or popsicle what you americans call it). I do get hungry but when it does come to eatting I cant bring myself to actually eatting the food, I dont eat breakfast either so sometimes I go 10 hours without eatting anything. I dont think Im fat but I dont think Im as skinny as people say I am.

At age 13, 5’ and 5.5 stones (77 pounds) are at an alarming low weight.  At your age, your body needs the appropriate nutrients and amount of calories to have your body grow in height and form correctly.

You could have an eating disorder or something medically could be going on.  I would ask your parents to take you to a medical doctor for an examination, blood work, etc. to determine a diagnosis and the best form of treatment.

I dont think its an eating disorder because it sounds alot like the way i was when i was younger. Your not taking care of yourself properly though. I went to see my doctor about this because like you i was accused of being sick to the point that i thought maybe i was. You need to eat more. I know your thinking that its impossible because you might not be hungry, but force yourself to. The body stops being hungry when it thinks its starving. You will eventually get your appetite back. eat what you like, doesnt have to be the standard breakfast,lunch,dinner food. Once you do get your appetite back, you can start working on more nutritious foods. Hope this helps. GO EAT...

I should of mentioned that you should see the doctor for tests to make sure its not something physical.
