I barely eat, i haven't drank water in about a year, im 93lbs and wondering how much worse this condition can get.

Anorexia is fatal. Anorexia is the highest death rate of all other mental illnesses. Between the ages of 19 - 24, Anorexia is the highest cause of death for females.
