Symptoms of laxative use?

Hi, just wondering if anyone could tell me what signs to look for if I was worried that my 17 year old daughter was abusing laxatives. I am worried because she does not have a good self image, being a BIT over-wieght, and I see signs of a messy-ish toilet. Thanks!!

Erm i dont really no what other signs there could be, i think the messy toliet kind of does it... Have you spoken too your daugter? maybe if you asked her too tell you what she doesn't like about herself... Maybe help her try diets or do excersizes with her let.... I think you should ask your daughter out front if she is using laxatives and if she is why? then explain too her that its not a good idea.... I hope this advice helps you...
