What Bulimia can do to the body

Im a 24 year old female whose had Bulimia on and off for almost 10 years. What I would like to know is what kind of tole can bulimia take on your body after purging so much for so long. I rarely binge and even now I rarely purge, But I use to be really bad and Ive been doing this for a while now. What are some of the illnesses anyone here with Bulimia have experienced. I know esophagus damage is one. A few years ago my gallbladder quit functioning and had to be removed, could Bulimia have contributed to that?
