I am 37 and survive by drinking tea/coffee, milk and eating some main dinners but dont know what to choose to have for breakfast or lunch as so many foods I haven't been able to stand the taste of &being unable to swallow. I have tried flapjack although I cant stand ceareal, I have gone from a size 8 to a size 16 just by eating cheese on toast, chocolate, plain crisps and few biscuits& cakes. I do eat some fruit &veg although I dont eat enough of these. Is my behaviour classed as a food phobia & how can i ensure I have a balanced diet?
