Good Morning...It sounds like you have taken the first step by admitting you are powerless or out of control over your food. Does anyone else close to you know that you have this problem? Gosh do I know what you mean when you say you don't know how to eat normal(in so many word) that was one of the hardest steps to go through. Have you ever been in any type of rehab or support group? There is a support group called:
A.B.A Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous. Research the internet Their are also chat rooms. One thing that really helped me is getting a sponsor: someone who has not binged or purged or starved them selfs for a long period of time and works a 12 step program. This is the best thing I found out over this journey......starving myself and binging and purging made me feel sick and kept more weight one than if I would have eaten every 3 hours a day= 6 times a day 3 meals, 3 snacks.
