help stopping

I never had an issue with food or weight, until i gained 15 pounds.  Hating how i looked and felt i joined weight watchers and lost weight quickly and efficitively, 10 pounds in about 1.5 months.  The problem is that i began for the first time binging-not too often but a little here and there.  Then i ate so much i puked-accidently at first.  I loved that i felt thin again after i puked...basically it became a cycle for about 2 months now.  It started once as an accident, now I am doing it a few times a week.  I need to stop now before it keeps getting worse.  I am unhappy with my body and how I am acting.  I feel overwhelmed with homework and im tired.  I dont know what to do.  I keep saying i will stop! can anyone help me?

Hey!

This generally happens with people after losing weight but like you said it should return to normal and remain undercontrol after sometime.

Blood sugar ups n downs are not alone reponsible for hunger pangs but the entire lifestyle affetcs this.

To enable me to help you better, pls give me your general daily diet brief plus any medication that you may be taking.

Until then, try this simple trick-rule.
Whenever u feel like hogging - say to yourself that you,ll hog after a ten-min jog; most probably, either u won't jog and won't eat or if u jog, u won't be hungry in next ten mins...
