I admit my eating habits in my early life was poor as a result i will classify myself as underweight, but for the last two years i have been trying to gain weight by eating more ,but i am the same as i used to be instead i realise i easily loose weight but find it very hard to gain.Do you think that i will ever gain weight? Cuz now i want to badly
you will need to increase the carbohydrats that you eat to increase your weight ^^
and so hun you will have to eat three meals a day ..
in the breakefast dont forget to add bread and two eggs then in the lunch eat the meat with rice one plate then in the dinner eat hot milk with bisckets
but ofc you will have to eat btw the meals the sugary foods its easy like when yhu gu out and have fun eat lolly pop and some candys but also add the juices for you but try to eat not more than you can and when you finish drink the juice but choose a kind you like that has calories atleast the 100 like normal orange juice so yeah but if you couldnt eat all the food then keep it after one or two hours complete it dont leave any food not eated in the day by this way it will help alot ...
