lightheadness

Does anyone here get lightheadness for anxiety for instance things move when the really dont?

Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms to include lightheadedness, dizziness, etc.  In my experience, we can also focus in on many symptoms and compound the problems and how we perceive them.  Have you dealt with anxiety for a long time?

i was diagnosed with GAD i dont realy know if i have it,but ya i do stress out about alot,and yes i do get lightheaded alot,not as much as i use to though,but to this day some 2 years later i sometimes feel small panic attacks come on,,and sometimes the lightheadedness,muscle twitches,flush face,need to urinate,and tingles all come back,
i have had many tests from diabetes to cancer to liver all kinds of stuff,ct scan on my brain,ct scam on my body,,and nothing is SUPPOSEDLY WRONG.
i dont know if its just a bs diagnosis for something they cannot figure out,but i get it to!

I've been experiencing chronic lightheadedness with my anxiety for eight months now. It's extremely scary and uncomfortable sometimes. I have visual disorientation, like when I move my head, my vision doesn't follow quite right, like my eyes are half a second behind my head movements. All I can say is to hang in there and try to stay busy. When you're busy, it takes your mind off of the lightheadedness.
