7 year old confusion arousal

911 please confusion arousal , my little sister 7 years old had a major episode of confusion before bed time , she told my little brother that he should not sleep and stay with her till she fell asleep then she asked deeply saying with all my heart then it started it was around 1 am they sleep late since i am home and me and her the during the day before it happened we got lost in the mall and could not find our parents , the episode was bad she did not know who she was or recognise all of us , i am terrified but she woke up fine today

She could have been tramuatized by losing your parents in the mall.  She is only 7 so an experience like that could really scare her.  I lost my son one time in Sesame Place and for a week after that I was having panic attacks.

However having said that I think it might not be a bad idea to take her to her dr.  It can't hurt to have her looked at just to rule out anything medical.
