All insurance is different...some have just co-pays, some have percentage. There is usually a phone number you have to call regarding mentalMental retardation Mental status tests health..mine is called Value Behavioral Health (something like that) they approve a certain number of sessions and then your pyschiatrist has a "peer review" with them on the phone to decide if you need more sessions or not. Well, that is the way mine works...I am sure there is a number in your insurance plan book with a phone number to call.
