A great way of getting rid of your anxiety!

Well this is not much of a question and probably everyone in here knows about this but in my particular case I think I found a great way of getting rid of anxiety!
And that way is simply working out, as simple as that sounds, probably everyone already knew about it but I experienced something so different yesterday when I hit the gym and the weights that I wanetd to come and recommend everyone here to really work out! it makes many things go into balance again, you feel hungry, you feel you want to do more things, you get more confidence because you feel you're making progress and it's actually a very satisfying activity. I was already pessimistic and thought it would be hard for me to feel hungry or crave anything again but that happened just yesterday night when I came back from working out, and the bad thoughts really got away from me for a looong time, I had a great sleep and even got in te mood of doing my homework. Personally I had tried walking and some light workouts but in my opinion the harder the workout the best, weight lifting works wonders because it makes you really push your self to the limit and gets you really tired afterwards, that means a good night sleep and an automatic need of feeding yourself properly so why not giving it a try? to me it has done wonders since yesterday and I'm hitting again today so good luck to everyone and aside from this common remedy I suggest you hold on to your dreams and hopes and that really gives you the strength when you feel bad thoughts are coming or you're scared, think of what makes you dream and think you're living for it! that really gets the mood up and in my case when I think of finding true love someday and forget about this mad world it really gets me in a very good mood :) Hope this post was useful for you people out there and remember that this can be gone if we want it to be gone, the answer is inside us, not in other people nor in drugs or anywhere else, just us! keep up the fight

kGood for you.  As for me, I've been an avid exerciser all my life and was already meditating as well when I got agoraphobia, so I wouldn't say anything is a panacea for anyone.  But if it works for you, wunderbar!
