A question about Zoloft and anxiety

I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder in November 2007.  Since then, I have been taking Zoloft.  Thr Dr. gradually increased my dose from 25mg to 150mg.  I stayed and the 150mg until 2 weeks ago.  I was telling the Dr. that it seems like my anxiety was coming back.  She upped my dosage to 200mg about 2 weeks ago.  I was doing good the 1st week, now this week I am an anxious mess.  I can't tell if I am better or worse than I was before the dosage increase.  Can it be the Zoloft that is creating this extra anxiety?

I think today I am having anxiety because my husband is out of town until tomorrow afternoon.  I just want it to stop.  I looked up Zoloft and it said that if you experience anxiety then you should tell your doctor right away.  But, I am not having panic attacks, so I haven't called the Dr. yet.  If it is from the Zoloft, will the side effect subside?  I think that I panic because I feel "weird sensations".  Does that make sense?  I will have a pain in my shoulder, chest, or arm and think heart attack and panic.  I have tried CBT, but stopped going to the therapist due to lack of time.  I take 0.5 of Xanax in the late afternoon and then I take Ambien to help me sleep.  The Xanax has not helped in the last week.  ARGH!  I am tired of being miserable.  What do I do now?  I feel like I have exhausted all options.

Where is the anxiety coming from in the first place.  Let's start there.  I had very bad anxiety problems years ago.  Why do you think you panic at times? Also...research the med Zoloft...I am sure you have...but look up all the side effects.
