All in my Head??

Drop attacks and pain in joints? Drs can't figure it out.

Hi.. I have been having Drop attacks for quite awhile. 8 years ago I had them and was dizzy, nauseated and vomited quite a few time in the most uncomfortable places etc work, restaurants etc. They thought it might be Menieres, but the testing showed it wasn't. They subsided and 2 years ago, they started up again. I can deal with these but now I have alot of pain in my body, Joints mainly, but sometimes muscles. My eyes are blurry, double vision and sore. I wobble when I walk and have to hold onto things when I'm sitting down so I don't keep wobbling. I have had many test in the hospital when I stayed there for two weeks. Bone marrow, which showed Granulomas... Spinal Tap..neg. Blood test showed high Sed Rate. CReactive protein is high.. Ana is positive. But the Dr still cannot Dx this? MRI of brain showed a couple lesions, but Neuro says not to worry about them. Ct normal. I also have a lung problem which they cannot Dx... shortness of breath. Some Dr say it has to get worse to Dx this problem? Just thought I'd see if anyone out there has any ideas of my next step. I'm waiting for another MRI on my spine neck area and a colonoscopy.
