Even though you're negative for HIV, you're doing more damge to yourself by obcessing over it...than if you did have it! You truly need to let this go and accept that you are fine. Your anxiety level is very high, and that's causing you a lot of problems. Your anxiety is feeding off of your fears and worry, keeping it strong, creating a vicious cycle. You're not living your life, you merely worrying and obcessing it away. Make a decision to take back your life and power and put this to rest. If your therapist isn't helping you, find another. If your medication isn't working let your doctor know. You're spiraling downward because you refuse to accept that you are fine.......take a step back and see what you're doing to yourself. You can beat this! I wish you all the best and take care.
Thanks, but he kicked me out, I think.

If the folks on the HIV Forum have told you that you had no risk, you absolutely MUST believe them.
Your test was negative. At 3.5 months it's totally conclusive.
Your symptoms are no doubt being exacerbated by anxiety, but by all means, see your doctor if it will ease your mind. It's not HIV related, I don't care what website you've been to!
If your therapist is not helping you, then you need to find one who can.
All we can offer you on this forum is the advice of therapy and possibly some meds to help deal with your anxiety. There is an HIV Support Group here, why don't you go there and talk with joggen.
Peace
