What is also contributing to my problem is I do not hear any elected officla wanting to come to our rescue. A commonCommon cold person like myself would not know where to begin...if I did I would take up the cause.
I had an email that we weren't supposed to go to the pump on May 15, but I forgot to forward it to people I know. I didn't go that day, but, really, if we all did not go to the pump just one day, that would raise some eyebrows!

What do you think?
That is exactly a method I use in determining what's really bothering me - anxiety or a real physical problem. I think it's a very good method as if someone were really having a heart attack, something like a social function would not change that. I'm glad that I share this method with someone else!
That is a very frequent ailment I have and I do have some lower back problems. I think the muscles ache because with anxiety we are always clenching - jaws, muscles, bones, etc. That's what I've come to think anyway.
My 10 year old has a bit of anxiety and she clenches - her mouth, her throat, and maybe her muscles for all I know. It's just a "normal" side effect of anxiety, I believe.
Best.......
