Anger,hurry,anxiety

For the last past days my Anxiety ve changed it's routine and feelings,since I'm suffering with anxiety I want to do everything in hurry and if things r not my way I get so much frustration and anger and today I was making breakfast and my baby was keep crying so I shout loud very loud at him then he start cry again,and there Is wired kinda feeling in my chest n brain oh I hate it n trust me I think one day cause of this hurriness and anger n anxiety I'll die..., im so scared,im seeing a counsellor and ma next session is on friday but I hate this I m only 23 I ve a baby n I want mo kids but hOw ***? With this condition? I want to enjoy my life I dnt want to suffer oh im in tears...

I have been where you are (even a couple times this week). My kids overwhelm me at times. Once, when my youngest was a baby the crying was so bad I shouted "Shut the f up." When I heard my daughter say it later, I knew I needed help. I love my kids, but can get overwhelmed so easily. I am glad you are seeing someone and found this website. I know it is hard to find time to take care of yourself, but try. If you local area has a crisis line, call them and they may be able to talk you through the moment. You can even contact the hospital or nursery and they may be able to suggest other outreach programs for you. I know this is a really rough patch for you, but remember you are not alone.

But u know its not only baby its in every situation of my life, if my hubby Is late, if im calling sumone and their ph is busy,if I lost sumthing, if I can't figure what shall I wear? It's in every sec of my life I really disappoint right now that there is no way out b my life will end like this :(
