Anxeity and Tooth Pain

Does anyone have tooth pain with their anxiety?  I have this pain in my lower front teeth.  Not so much the jaw but the teeth.  They aren't sensitive to hot or cold.  I do have TMJ and I sometimes get pain on the sides of my jaw as well as clicking but the pain in the lower front teeth is different.  Any ideas???

Could be inflamed sinuses.  Doubt it's anxiety.  Could be the TMJ as well, causing sensitivity at the gum line.
