Anxiete back without medicine?

Hello,
I am 23 years old and suffered of a light form of social phobia since I was 18 . Now I am 24 and I fell much better after my therapie. Because of personal problems I took partoxine last month but stopped now, a little bit suddendly because my receipt was stolen and I coudnt get a new one for 3 days. In the month i took the medication I felt more desire to speak to people or get in contact with new people and i feeld less anxiety. Now after cancellation my mood is good again, but if i meet new people i still feel fear, not so much as 3 years before but it is  still there also i can´t speak so selfconcious to people as in the month with medication. Is it possible that when I am new somewhere, this means I will meet a lot of new people in the next 3 month, and I will take parotoxine, i will have less problems to find new friends or make a better experience with people ?
