Anxiety, Depression or a Neurological Problem?

Hello, I think I have anxiety and depression.  I feel sensivity to things that other people don't, like dust in the air that is impossible for others to feel but I feel it and it irritates me.  I'm also very sensitive to sounds, sometimes I find water to be itchy or I feel a weird sensation in the water, I sometimes smell an odorless odor or feel weird sensation in food and air.  Is this related to anxiety and depression or is it a neurological problem?  I was hit in the head once by my ex-boyfriend the father of my five year old.  He punched me in the head several times.  Thank you for your time.
