Anxiety, Head vibrations

Hi, I'm 18 years old. About 9 months ago I was intoxicated by consuming a huge amount of pot, very unfortunate, yeah, wish it never happened. After that everything went crazy in my life - insane dreams, unreal thoughts, delirium of fear, fear because of nothing, I could almost always here my heart beat, plus vibrations in head. I did blood analyses, cat skan (CT), kardiograms and ext. Everything looked great. I would start to get nervous and anxious because of nothing. As soon as I would try and relax my head I would here vibrations or sensations in my head after which my heart rate and pulse would soar up again. This and other bizzare stuff would happen to me for the past 6 months. Could anyone please help me out. PLEASE! I have been suffering all this time and nobody knows what the problem is. I don't take any medication, just try and relax but a recent filling in my teeth after which the doctor started to  drill my teeth and it really vibrated up yo my head LITERALLY nearly killed me because of my heart rate. Please guys help me out

Thanks. No, I don't take any medications at all. but yes, my doctor diagnosed me with anxiety and prescribed me antidepressant pills fluOxetine. I didn't take any yet. I hope everythings alright. I mean, sometimes when I try and relax, EXACTLY, I feel rush/bad energy vibration and they go for several minutes but don't have a clue what it is.

And what most freaks me out is sometimes I have a feeling like I can't realize where I'm at. Maybe you don't get me, I mean I know, I take account for what I do and see and hear but I don't get the feeling that I'm actually here...
Perhaps I'm just exagerating and tell me if I am. Thanks

The body is a complex thing.

Have you been diagnosed with Anxiety? or... has your Dr. told you, you have anxiety?

I get strange head vibrations sometimes too when my anxiety is up. Its the brain misfiring electrical signals.

My Dr. always said, if it lasts a second, it's usually nothing serious.

Does it feel like a strange adrenaline rush/bad energy vibration? That's how I'd explain mine.

Do you take anything for anxiety?
