Anxiety/ Panic Attack

This is my first time I've done this. I usually go to the ER or the Doctor but the tests I've done all come back negative. New symptoms arise and Ive done lots of exams but here recently i have been concerned with this sudden burning sensation that creeps in internally. I sense it like my neurotransmitters are misfiring and the burning sensations starts from middle outward and my neck burns and i feel irritated and disoriented. Feels like burning from inside my spine up to my middle of my brain. I really don't know what to do anymore. I am doing breathing techniques and i feel like i am going to loose it. I have been under quite a bit of stress for the past few years and it has caught up to me. What is everyone's suggestions. I don't want to loose this battle.

Because these sensations are felt in your brain (as well, apparently, as your spine and neck) and they make you feel "irritated and disorientated," I would strongly urge you to see a neurologist.

Did you suffered any type of injury before these symptoms appeared?

You sound like a fighter and the only battle we can lose is the one we don't fight.
I know it's frustrating when they can't find an answer quickly, but stay with, don't give up.

I know what you mean. I fight with the same problems too especially with amaxiety attachs  i would get a bad feeling and it scares me and then it throws me into a panic attach along witj anaxity attack and it makes me feel as if i cannot breath at all when my oxide shows not wrong and eveything is running normal on it as it should.
