Anxiety & Sleeping

by fastasian79, Dec 10, 2007 07:34PM
Anxiety person cannot seem to stay up too long.  Is that true for everyone or just me?
If it's past my bed time...then i feel really weird (like dizziness...etc).  Before i was diagnosed anxiety, i had no problem staying up for over 17hrs a day.....even if i do get tired, 30min to 1hour nap would be OK to stay up again but since i was diagnosed anxiety, it is not possible anymore.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows why/how anxiety causes that.
Thanks
