Hi I'm an 18 year old female I've suffered from anxiety for a year or so now and it really ***** with me it's mainly health anxiety like I would get really scared of dying or having a Stoke ect, I guess it would be nice to talk to people who are in the same boat, :)

Yea I'd also get like that before I go out sometimes it *****, yea I've seen people for my anxiety but it doesn't seem to work so I'm just going to try and help myself but its nice to talk to people who are in the same boat

Healthy anxiety. Ah hate it! Any pain or something different in the body and of course we assume its the worse. You're not alone. Have you gotten help for your anxiety??

hi i too have a anxiety disorder i know that because of it you can get scary thoughts like loseing ones you love something not going right and that can turn into panic attacks sometimes when i need to go to the food store i get so stressed because of it and before i even get there
