I had chest pains, as well as other symptoms, from vitamin and mineral deficiency. I was low in Vitamin D, iron/ferritin. My ekgs, and vitals were always normal. I take supplements for Vitamin D, iron, magnesium and drink coconut water for potassium. Magnesium affects muscles and many other things.

Was blood work done to test Vitamin D, iron/ferritin, Vitamin B12, Calcium, Potassium...etc?

If lab results show normal range (even low normal borderline deficient)...doctors won't be concerned and will say everything is normal.

That's excellent that you've seen a physician about your heart, and terrific that your heart is normal. Now you need to get to the root of your anxiety issues.  You should see a mental health professional about your options for treating stress and anxiety.  Meds. &/or therapy can help alleviate the pain and tension you're dealing with.  Therapy can provide you w/ the mental tools to help combat panic attacks; it can teach you exercises on how to relieve stress...

Anxiety usually causes tightness in my chest. But recently started having other chest pains and went to the doctor and was sent to a cardiologist.  Turned out I do have a heart issue.  Which I honestly didn't think I would have since I've always got tightness with anxiety and other random sharp pains and aches and twitches in my chest that I've had for years.  Didn't think it was a big deal.  You should definitely go tell your doctor you have chest pains, they will most likely give you an ekg,  and send you to a cardiologist.

Have you ever seen a doctor about your chest pains and anxiety?
Chest pain should not be ignored; go speak with a doctor about the pain and anxiety you've experienced.
