Anxiety,Agrophobia,Heroin,Crack and liquor

Im a 40 year old that deals with major abandonment issues..I have agrophibia and panic attacks. with a gf that is a user of crack,heroin and alchol ..thats frighten that my whole world is going to come crashing down...:(...but im trying my best to break up with her...and there goes my abandoment and anxiety..:(..I have no family and no support so im here and im reaching out...If anyone is willing to be a ear for me please!!!!!

  I would suggest that you break up with her now. She needs to go to a rehabilitation group and might be in need of psychiatric help but if she can't understand it herself or when explained to her its best to back off. Anyone doing drugs that are that dangerous meets the standards for involuntarily hospitalization and that's perhaps what they need but you are not their therapist. At this point only an agency such as Adult Protective Services can help them.
   As for yourself, if you need support in the means of finding employment for people who have a disability or cannot work and need to apply for SSI (depending on what's going on, anxiety disorder must be severe to be accepted for that, if you had other disabilities as well you'd have a better chance of getting approved) or need Medicaid, P.A. or anything out there I'd suggest you speak to your local independent living center. They don't offer jobs or financial support but could connect you with agencies that could. There is also supported housing for a person with a psychiatric disability. Makes sense. We're all very supportive but in the outside world you might want to attend a support group such as NAMI as well.

No most certainly not. People are at work and outside. I am homebound because of my physical disability so I'm parked by the computer a lot. I do take Klonopin which is helpful on anxiety disorder. Most people with anxiety disorder are able to relieve it with a combination of medication, talk therapy and behavioral therapy. There is help available. It does sound like a frightening situation you are going through and the best thing to do is seperate your issues from the person you are living with as it sounds like they are making your life worse.

I'm in Australia, so when your guys have night it is daytime here, so my comments will come at odd times,  you really need to break it off with your girl friend, as you said yourself she may be a major factor in your anxiety, at the very least you must get her to look at getting clean.  Building up some more relationships in your life would be helpful as well, I know it sounds trite by consider joining a sporting team, gives you something to aim for every week too.

No thread is dumb.  As someone who also suffers from abandoment issues and anxiety I know somewhat of what you're goig through. I think putting the focus back on yourself will help a lot Work on your empowerment look ay your strengths instead of the fear of your weaknesses. You are the bread winner in this relationship     so your home security will not be threatened.That must be a relief.
