Anxiety Attack?

About a week ago I was about to go to bed and I had been really stressed out with schoolwork and my chest started hurting really badly. When my chest started to hurt I also had a some pain in my wrists.  It was hard to breath but the harder I breathed the more my chest hurt. I started to feel like I was going to throw up. I went to the bathroom invade I did throw up but nothing happened. I went back to bed and sat down, my chest was still hurting and it was hard to breathe. I'm not sure what this was. I have never had a anxiety attack before but I'm kinda leaning towards thinking that was it.

If your chest hurts and your wrists at the same time, then likely it is just anxiety making you over-analyze your body, because the 2 are not connected to some disease that just came out of nowhere. It is possible to have 2 conditions unrelated to each other but they wouldn't show up for the first time at the same time.
Maybe your wrists hurt first and you got frightened and your heart started beating as a response to your fear?
. It is frightening when you think about dying, so your mind makes you worry even more if you let it. The fact it disappeared a week ago is a good clue that it was just mental. Try to relax but if you can't write back and let us know.
