Thanks again and yeah, We will get better in no time (: but for now I get small headaches on both sides of my head when I worry So I feel like my symptoms are healing because it used to be scary and I'd have a lot of symptoms and now I barley have any symptoms, Just a bit dizzy, head aches and sometimes fast heart rate, I don't have a lot of people to talk to about my anxiety to help me because my sister and my mom both have work so often times I'm left alone at the house with anxiety and it ***** .
I agree with the above poster. Do get in to see your Dr for a full checkup. Your symptoms sound like anxiety. If this is the case there are ways to you can help yourself. Therapy can be great for anxiety. There are many great books to read that may also help. I'm glad to hear you have your mom and sister to talk to about this. Anxiety runs in my family too so I'm glad I have my mom, sisters and daughter to talk to about my anxiety.
Thank you so much for caring and replying,I appreciate it and yes I do think it is anxiety and I will wait till my mom schedules me an appointment with a doctor. But on 4th of July of this month I weighed myself and I was 90 something pounds which is healthy for me because I'm 4'9 and 16 yr old girl and I weighed myself on the 21st and I was just 80 pounds so I don't know how I lost weight, I was walking several miles with my boyfriend though, But I'm trying to get back to 90 by eating. Also my anxiety symptoms do go away and it isn't that serious I just get worried to what it is, and I can control my anxiety thing by drinking water, and I usually drink water at night if I'm having an anxiety feeling and also my sister and my mom have said that they get anxiety and a panic attack.
I'm so sorry you're going through this.
I'm not a healthcare professional, so I can't diagnose. The symptoms you described can be attributed to anxiety. You sound like a smart, clear thinking lady - going to the doctor is a great first step. A full check up is always a good idea to rule out any issues that may be contributing to your symptoms.
In the mean time, take good care of yourself. Avoid caffeine, drink lots of water. Try to rest. Exercise. You mentioned you feel better when you're with people - surround yourself with people you care about who care about you. Have you talked to anyone you trust about this? I find that talking it out helps a lot.
This is a great forum - don't hesitate to reach out any time you have a question. Sending you my best wishes - - -
