Anxiety/Panic attacks

does it vary how often we feel anxiety/panick attacks?  Since my anxiety attack came on on 5/25/12, i went to the doctor because i was feeling all the physical symptoms!  Not only did it scare the heck outta me, but i thought i was going to die.  Since then the doctor prescribed me Alprozolam to help manage my anxieties. I still feel it here and there...and it still scares me but i am learning to cope and deal w/it as it comes.  Help!
