Anxiety Problems

Hello.
I'm a 17 yea old girl who has been having some problems, but am unsure of what it is really, and have no family doctor to get it checked out.
I often find at times of stress, I break down to sudden uncontrollable laughter, have dry heaves, have difficulties breathing, and will often begin rocking back and forth uncontrollably.
I'm wondering if this is  something that is just hormonal or something to do with a mental condition.
It really worries me of what this is because it's been happening more and more constantly lately.

Is there any way you can see a Dr? Can you talk to your parents or your school counselor about what's going on?
To me, it does sound like anxiety. I have it myself. There's such a long list of possible symptoms. If you can see a Dr or at least talk to your school counselor that would be great.

No one on here can give you a diagnosis! Support/share experiences/friendship are available, if you ask specific questions you are likely to get plenty of answers. At your age all kinds of things are happening to you, but if you are really troubled try your very best to get professional help.If you need help, never be afraid/reluctant to ask for it. It sounds like reactions to stress,from your post I cant tell anything more.The fact you have suh high stress though might be a good reason to seek some counselling.lily
