Anxiety Question- Don't know if I have this problem

When I have to go to a funeral I don't eat the day before and I get diarrhea real bad. My head hurts and I have bad dreams. I have fear of looking at dead bodies. When I get to the funeral it feela like my throat closes up and I can't breath. Someone please comment on this. Is this normal? If anyone else dies in my family I don't know If I will be at their funeral because of this problem.

Think logically about this for a moment, it would not be natural to not feel like u do when going to a funeral.  it is only natural to feel the way u do as u are saying goodbye to someone u love, funerals are very hard.  If u were getting these feelings from something enjoyable such as going to a party then I would say u need to seek help n advice.  Although it is clear that maybe u should seek therapy due to losing close friends n family.

Im 17 and i  Have Anxiety, and have just lost a friend ov mine, when i found out i whent dizzy, i couldent eat, sleep, and i keep dreaming aboutt death, about me have illness,
you should go and see a doctor, and talk to someonee about this, you will find that you not the only one, its a part ov graving.

Having diarrhea and an upset stoamach is very normal with anxiety. That used to happen to me all of the time before I went in public places, and it still does. Don't worry it is definitely a symptom of anxiety. you are not alone. Hope you feel better.
