Anxiety Scared

I was recently diagnosed with panic attacks/ anxiety and recently i noticed that when i first wake in the morning that my pupils are diluated and it takes a few minutues to react to the light.  I am on xanax and zolft could it be the medicine?

I am so scared that there is something wrong.  I have been to the eye doctor recently and he said everything looked fine

I first started with a panic attack about 2 1/2 months ago.  I had had some stress but didnt think i was handling it wrong my husband went through a time where he thought he was having a heart attack and then about 2 weeks later he was involved in a car accident.  One day i was standing and got real dizzy, rapid heartbeat, foggy feeling etc.. then went on for the next two weeks cause I was so afraid.  Finally went to the doctor she checked my heart, lungs, thyroid, did bloodwork everything came back fine.

I have not had a panic attack since I started the Zolft and Xanax.

I did notice after the panci attacks started that one pupil was slightly larger then the other so of course I went to the eye doctor and my doctor got checked and they said everything was fine.

Then the other morning I woke up and went into the bathroom and noticed that my pupils were diluated and it took about 1-2 min to react to the light so of course i got freaked out.
