Anxiety and Blood Pressure

Has anyone taken their BP when having GAD or a full blown attack?  How high can it go?

Hey Shookjohansen,
Yes, BP may go very high during various events or attacks,
however, it is the frequency and duration that is  more significant.
One must take readings multiple times a day and only consider
the average BP over time.
Apparently everyone's BP has a wide range at various times.
Also of greater importance is the the average difference between
systolic and diastolic pressures.
