Anxiety and dizziness

I have been sick since 1996, first started with a thyroid disorder called graves disease and then I was diagnosed with panic and anxiety disorder after going through numerous tests. I have had MRI, CT scans all kinds of blood work and even a heart cath about 4 years ago and everything was normal. I have noticed lately that I feel real light headed and having very fast heart beats again and I am now scared that there is something else going on. I go to the Dr. tomorrow at 2 so maybe they can help but how knows............
