Anxiety and feet tingling / numbness

couple days ago, i have been experiencing tingling and numbness in both feet, was wondering if this ties into my anxiety...of course i always fear the worst, but can my anxiety be causing this, i got blood work done, and all ok....

i have the same thing happen to me, i believe mine is due to my anxiety but you have to rule out physical causes first. talk to your family doctor and see if they want to do any testing, tell them about your anxiety too so they can consider that. i've had testing done like x-rays and an mri, but i have back problems too, mostly due to anxiety and stress. but my advice is to talk about it with your family doc. good luck
