I have been have ongoing anxiety issues for about 6 months now , Im no longer having panic attacks but generally feel unwell most of the time, today im so tired and feel shaky and like im not quite with it this morning I woke up and I was having some pvcs and pauses in my pulse so I worried a abit. Does anyone else get this light headiness with anxiety or worrying Im so over it I just want to get going and get on with life :(
You are one of the exceptional few people who are able to do that.
If you have pulse pauses you should have your doc check it out. Are you sure that happened or did it just seem to? The reason I ask is anxiety can make you feel a lot of things are happening that don't. I went to emergency because my anxiety made me sweat, pain in my arm and chest and numerous other things that are somewhat similar to a heart problem. They told me I was fine but anxious, and I was able to forget it.
