Anxiety and taking HGH

by joey9999, Nov 12, 2008 03:01PM
This is an odd question that I am trying to find out more info on.  I am a 24yr old healthy male that has anxiety issues which have lead to severe GI problems similar to IBS.  After many blood tests and upper/lower GI scopes we have not been able to come to a conclusion on what the cause of my problems are.  The doctors think its anxiety which i agree with.  Any type of anxiety, nervousness, not-knowing, ect., causes me symptoms to start up right away.  I have been very athletic for the past 8 yrs of my life and since this has happened I've lost about 30lbs and lost my entire build.  Working out is very important to me and since this started in Aug of 2007 it has been affecting my lifestyle greatly.  I know steroids would be a bad choice due to how they mess with your testosterone levels and cause anxiety/irritablity, etc., though I have taken them in the past and am not sure if that is what caused this whole problem to start.  My question is...Would taking HGH be a bad idea and possibly cause me to get even worse or may it possibly benefit me in not only the physical aspect, but also with the situation I'm dealing with.  I wouldnt be taking any testosterones or anything with the HGH, just the HGH itself.  Any feedback I would GREATLY appriciate.  Thanks!!!

i don't think it would hurt you, hgh is really effective if you go the herbal way. about the ibs symtoms make sure your following a good diet, i am sure they have a website for ibs and foods to eat to keep the symtoms away. and figure out a way to keep your stress level down.  goodluck
