Thank you for mentioning that book by Dr. Weekes. I just ordered it today, so maybe it will be in by Friday. It's really aggravating that I worry so much. Like I said, most of the time, it's like a subconscious burden. Hopefully, this book will help. Thanks again!
So funny you recommended that book. Someone just recommended it to me last week and I ran right out and bought it. It's awesome! She's got some other books that I just ordered as well. They're older books, like from the 60's and 70's but explain things that are going on inside your head and your body when you have anxiety and panic attacks.
Try to keep in shape and exercise as much as possible, i know that on the days theat I put a couple of miles on my running shoes I feel a lot more healthy and stress free, and my anxiety is almost non existent. I know not every one is a runner but just simple things like walking can bring your Adrenaline down and help you cope with the stress and anxiety, this will also assure you that you are healthy enough to be phisically active and thererfore the doctor is right about you being healthy, it's just reassurance that most of us that suffer from anxiety need. I know I've gone through it, hang in there and keep us posted on how you feel.
Look into dr claire weekes books hope and help for your nerves and peace from nervous suffering you have to look on line because they are older they are very helpful books
