Anxiety driving me crazy.

Hello everyone. my names steve and i suffered from anxiety sense a kid. but they have gotten uncrontable latley. i lost my job and stress doesnt help i know this, but these are different than depression panick attacks. i feel as if my salivia goes into my chest,i get tingles through out my face and numbness, i twitch my muscles in my scalp and it drives me crazy, i feel as if i cant breath, sometimes i feel like when im walking especially stores and in public that the floor or ground dips down while im walking and like im falling over.constantly dizzy and my heart feels weird sometimes. its always anxeity and i dont even think its worth getting checked out. i cnat be stuck somehwere, i have being in front of poeple ne more drinking helps sometimes. bright flashes scare me i think my hearts messed up or i have brain tumor i think the worst is gone happen no matter what i need help!! id love to get this thread going and start a little group up on here..please please reply.

Hi Steve, I'm so sorry for what you are dealing with. I can completely relate, having dealth with depression/anxiety disorder for many years, as well as PTSD, and ADHD, (which worsen the symptoms). I FINALLY sought help a few months ago, and have been seeing a Psychiatrist and a counselor on a regular basis. They help you to identify the source of these feelings, and through understanding the sources, and practicing the coping techniques they teach you, I feel better than I have for years. Please seek help. Your life will be SO much better. Good luck to you!
