Anxiety from surrounding

My mom (age 40, B.P normal,pulse normal, a housewife) feels some psychological problem for several years.She always worried about all the people lived surrounding her.She think that maximum of them are like enemy or try to make some harm to her by anyhow.She also think that she can be killed by themselves.This comes from a bad incidence occurred nearest our home where one of our aunt crucially murdered about 4 years ago.Also she is shocked again as her mother and only one brother get die within a very short time interval.

Her physical symptoms are like bellow:
1.Frequent headache(not severly)
2.Weakness.
3.No interest on household work.
4.Bad dreams and screaming in the sleep frequently.

Please give me some active suggestions.

I assume she has seen a doctor? That would number one port of call. To have her checked out and then try and put a handle on the condition. Then they can begin to treat her. Probably with a mixture of medication and theraphy. Obviously she got a big fright when all these people died. People she knew and loved. It is enough to change anybody's life. But your mother has to want to get the help for herself. If you know what I mean. No point in you forcing her to get help. She may have little or no interest in that at all. But it is good to have a person like you around her. Caring and willing to help her out. So I would say - Doctor, assessment, theraphy, medication. Because we want to deal with the problem as well. No point in medication alone. That is not dealing with the underlying issues. Keep us posted on what is happening.
