Thank you so much for listening. I will go for a therapy and will ask my doctor in details about my sickness. thank you.
If the pain is getting worse, you need to return to the hospital, and this time, don't leave until you have all of your questions answered. If you're confused about something, ask the doctor or nurse to explain it to you until you DO understand.
If they did a complete cardio work up and determined you did NOT have a heart attack, then you need to believe them and trust in that diagnosis. You keep saying your confused.......wondering if you had or heart attack or if it's just anxiety. Who, exactly, would you believe? You and I have discussed this at great length and it's time for you to accept that your heart is OK, but your head is not. In my humble and non-medical opinion, it is now time for you to get into some serious therapy for your health anxiety.
To answer your questions.......chest pains manifested by anxiety can get worse, but this is one major reason you need therapy. Once you accept that it's not your heart but your anxiety, you can take steps to calm down, either with a relaxation technique or a medication..........for you, right now, I'd recommend both.
Your thyroid would have been checked during a cardio work up. If there was anything wrong, they would have done further testing. You can go to an endochronolgist for a full blown work up of your thyroid, but it would be a waste of somebodies money.
The only suggestion I have left, the only real support I can offer, is the recommendation that you get into therapy as soon as possible so you can begin to get some peace in your life.

I hope the doctor is right, because the pain is getting more worst. And i always left the hospital confused none of my question was answered.
Trust that doctor who said is was not a heart attack. The trainee doctor, assume that was a resident or intern, probably mis-interpreted the results. You are 23 years old so that in itself along with all the testing you've passed almost certainly means you suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. I assume they checked thyroid levels among those blood tests and that was ok. Anxiety can cause chest pains, dizziness, shortness of breath, etc. It becomes a vicious cycle. Your anxiety causes those symptoms which in turn causes you more anxiety and fear which in turn causes more symptoms, and so on and so forth. You should seek consultations with a professional if it continues to occur.
