Anxiety or Brain tumor?

One year ago i have vomting sensation, two three times i got giddyness but i got ignored. since a month, i am having giddyness, ENT specialists said due to Sinusities i am getting this, but i didn't cured, so i went to nuerologist, I am having change in sensation for my left hand. As per him went to CT scan, but we found nothing. He said due to anxiety this was happened, i got cured from headache and giddyness and even change in sensation,  Presently from one day i am getting vomting sensation. Can you please identify my problem whether it is due to anxiety or brain tumor?

If you've been examined by a doctor and have also had a CT scan, I would say rest assured it's more to do with anxiety then anything serious like a brain tumor.
I myself have suffered from anxiety (still do - but it's much better now!).
Anxiety is an amazing diorder and can mimic a lot of physical symptoms like what you
re saying.
Worrying will definitely not help!, you can either go to another doctor to get a second opinion or also see a psychologist (I did!)
