Anxiety or heart condition

Hi all i am 30 years old male.I was an excessive smoker once.I started having symptoms of increased heart rate,difficult breathing,pain left arm snd extreme head achean year ago.I went through EKG,Echo,Blood tests,US abdomen,VMA,thyroid test and finally CT pulmonary angio everything came out clean..But my heart rate although reach only 88 or 90 my bp raises to 180/110 when the symptoms come..My cholesterol is also raised plus i have started gaining weight as i hv become fearful and now lead sedentary life.I am exercise intolerant now and couldnt take stress test because of that..Once i was a smoker but now even a single attempt of smoking starts d symptoms..I also get excessive axillary sweating when the symptoms come.Please help what is this??
