Anxiety or real(Methanphetamines)

Hi there i had a question i feel ashamed to ask but i have to because i am scared.
I have taken ice (meth) tonight and i am getting a wide range of pains, hyperventilating, bubbles of wind making me burp, squeezing chest pain left side just near and under where my nipple is, little aches and pains in my head and head sometimes feels a bit flushed, numb sort of sensation and finding it hard to push when going to bathroom.
Now i have had these on alot of occasions and other times i dont get them. I notice if i take deep breaths and relax the pain does ease and go but then it sometimes comes back and i have to repeat deep breathing and relaxing.
I do tend to worry about my health alot after taking this awful stuff. The chest and head pains feel real but i mean surely by now i would have had a heart attack if something was wrong? I have actually even fronted at hospital with these symtoms and they said my health seemed fine and i most likely have to ride it out.
But i would love to know what is causing all this and do other people ever get these feeling after injecting this addictive stuff? Please dont judge me on this i am ashamed to ask but i really want to know. (And i am really trying to stop i am 28 years old i only started a year ago and its the biggest regret in my life..)
thanks guys

I'm guessing the chest pain is coming from labored breathing you may not even be aware of given you're having bad trips on this drug.  Since it isn't even giving you pleasure, rather than worrying over this, just stop using it.  Problem gone.

This is really tough.

For one, meth is a very dangerous drug that absolutely will rob you of your health and life after a while.  Meth is a stimulant as I'm sure you know, so anxiety is an understandable expected effect, HOWEVER, injecting meth will put you at a significant risk for various serious medical emergencies...like cardiac events, blood clots, stroke, etc.  Please read the following:

I'm not trying to scare you, this is just factual information. I strongly urge you to seek intensive addiction treatment to try to get clean and stay clean.  Your health really does depend on it.  As for symptoms like chest pain, I would get that checked out medically.  While you do, you can ask for help with your addiction.

We have a wonderful addiction community here...I encourage you to reach out there as well:

I wish you the very best, please update us when you can!
