Anxiety or something else ?

Hey I'm a 22 year old male who's dealing with and virus scare. Just recently i had 2 anxiety attacks because i was dealing with symptoms that i've never felt before. I am currently a college student who happens to be in a long distance relationship. About 6 weeks ago I got drunk and was exposed orally (to my genitals) about a week after i started to deal with constant muscle twitching, random occasional sting in the genital area,and random joint pains.In fear of giving anything to my girlfriend back at home, i saw 2 doctor's and had a full STD tests. Everything came back normal, negative and they told me that i was dealing with muscle twitching and joint pains because of stress and anxiety. I did feel guilty after my drunk incident but i came to terms with it, spoke to multiple people about it, and moved on. However, even coming to terms with it i was still dealing with these symptoms. Even when im with friends having a good laugh and not let it enter my mind i still would deal with muscle twitching and joint pains. So I started to read online about my symptoms and what could have happened to me and the only virus that came up similar to my symptoms was herpes-peripheral neuropathy  but everything came back negative. Everyone that i have spoke to (even people in the herpes community in medhelp; which was probably a total of 5 doctors, 2 parents, 2 family members and 8 friends) told me it is all anxiety. Can my symptoms be the result of anxiety? even though i go out have fun, and play basketball as a stimulus? And can it be chronic or long term?

This is exactly what I have been experiencing. To a T. I am wondering if you ever got through this? And what did you do?
