Hello I'm 17 years old and I have anxiety. I don't know if that is relavent to this symptom I have but I'm going to ask anyway. I notice sometimes when Im sitting In a chair (when i seem to not be anxious or maybe slightly anxious), I get this body vibration as if I can feel my voice throughout my body when I talk. I noticed its ONLY when I talk and the vibration goes along to my voice and I can feel it In my feet as I talk. I can't feel that much when I lean forward but when I lean back and press my back against the chair as I sit I can feel vibrating as I talk. Is this normal? Am I over analyzing it and paying close attention to it and makes me feel it? I'm a little nervous. thanks.
