Anxiety panic attacks & pregnant

So I have posted on here before upon anxiety and couldn't sleep now that's not the case now I sleep due to my pregnancy. But I wake up anxious I been ok since new years day but today 01/07/2017 as I walked out to but some bread every thing just felt so weird to me like as if it wasn't real so I panic a bit but tried to fight it with out the public noticing what I was going through I am pregnant and am afraid that these attacks are no good for my pregnancy . I don't know why I have panic anxiety attacks it hits me for no reason and leaves me in shock for days with fear of suffering another one I am tired of the loud thought the body shaking uncontrollable nerves the heart beating fast the shortness of breath the dizzy spells and feeling like I am going to die . Easy for other who are on meds due to my high risk pregnancy I can't have any meds . All this madness sometimes makes me want to commit suicide because I feel like I am losing I'm sure I am not the only one suffering from this tho I just made 8 month from suffering this but I just want this to stop I believe in hope that I will over come this but I need help. And I need it asap all I do is cry and crying don't help

Hi ive just given birth to my baby and i was exactly the same,my anxiety was through the roof whilst pregnant,why is it that you cant take meds? You could do with some counciling im currently seeing a cbt,ask your doctor about it,its a long process but it will get easier,i have anxiety attacks most days and find it really hard to cope,try concentrating on your surroundings rather than your symptoms when you feel an attack coming on,try keeping busy x
