Anxiety-related symptoms?

Alright so, I've been dealing what I suppose is anxiety for over a year maybe. I haven't reached out to a doctor because I don't want to be prescribed to any medication and I believe my faith in God can carry me through this.

Recently, it has been better, but the symptoms that I suppose are related to my anxiety are changing.

I have experienced dehydration, diarrhea, insomnia, and now I am experiencing no appetite and no will to drink water.

My question is, is the no appetite/water thing related to my anxiety?

Also, could this just be a stage I am going through where my body is repairing itself since I don't really feel any anxiety anymore?

I've had diarrhea for awhile too. Up to 3 months.

It could all be anxiety related.  The dehydration is not gonna help you.  Before my prozac kicked in I started having a really hard time remembering to drink water.......u gotta make sure you get at least the 64 ounces a day and a lot of the other symptoms will lessen.  3 months of diarrhea is something you may defiantly need to check up with a doc.
